The name of the bar is the 'Silver Charm' bar.  It weighs 1 oz. with a fineness of .999.  It was produced by the International Silver Ingot Company (ISIC) in 1974 and cataloged as ISIC-6.  ISIC minted 1,000 of these bars.  Don't forget to check out the Gold Plated version of the 'Silver Charm' bar.  Cataloged as ISIC-6G, the gold plated 1 oz. silver bar only has a mintage of 94 bars!!!!!
